Funding Your Business to
the Next Level

We can help you secure any of the following funding types and many more...

Business Line of Credit

A business line of credit offers flexible financing with access to funds up to a set limit, similar to a business credit card. It allows businesses to borrow as required, repay with interest, and manage cash flow fluctuations, cover short-term expenses, and pursue growth opportunities without the need for frequent loan applications.

Business FUNDING

Business acquisition funding is tailored to finance the purchase of an existing business, whether for acquiring a competitor, entering new markets, or buying out a partner. This type of loan provides capital for the transaction, covering costs like the purchase price, due diligence, and renovations.

equipment LOANS

Equipment loans are designed for businesses seeking to buy or update necessary operational equipment. They finance machinery, vehicles, technology, or other critical assets, supporting upgrades or efficiency improvements. These loans feature structured repayment plans matched to the lifespan of the purchased assets.

FACTORING LOANS

Factoring loans involve selling invoices or accounts receivable at a discount to a finance company, which boosts immediate cash flow for covering expenses, seizing growth opportunities, or addressing financial needs. These loans are particularly beneficial for businesses with extended payment cycles or experiencing rapid growth, providing flexibility and liquidity to manage operations effectively.

Inventory Financing

Inventory financing supports businesses in managing inventory effectively by providing funds for purchasing additional stock or maintaining adequate levels during seasonal or high-demand periods. It's essential in industries like retail, manufacturing, and distribution where inventory turnover is pivotal for success

Equipment Sale Leaseback

Equipment sale leaseback is a financial strategy where a business sells its owned equipment to a lender and leases it back for continued use. This unlocks equity in the equipment, providing immediate capital infusion while retaining operational control. It's a flexible option for businesses needing cash flow while leveraging existing assets.

Commercial Real Estate Leasing

Commercial real estate leasing offers businesses the flexibility to rent office spaces, retail stores, warehouses, or industrial facilities without the upfront costs and long-term commitments of property ownership. It's perfect for businesses needing flexible space options or specific locations for their operations.

Franchise Financing

Franchise financing offers entrepreneurs funds to buy and run franchise businesses like fast-food chains, retail outlets, or service-based franchises. This loan covers franchise fees, startup costs, equipment purchases, and working capital, with packages tailored to franchise models and potential ongoing support from the franchisor.

Manufacturing Loans

Manufacturing loans are tailored to support businesses engaged in producing goods. They finance expenses like raw material purchases, machinery upgrades, skilled labor hiring, or production facility expansions. Whether for small-scale operations or large plants, these loans provide essential capital to sustain and expand manufacturing enterprises.

Working Capital Financing

Working capital financing is vital for covering daily operational costs and ensuring liquidity for short-term obligations and growth opportunities. It includes options like lines of credit, short-term loans, and invoice financing, tailored to each business's specific needs

Hard Money Loans

Hard money loans are short-term, asset-based financing options commonly utilized by real estate investors or businesses facing credit challenges. Secured by the value of assets like real estate or equipment, these loans provide rapid access to capital. However, they often feature higher interest rates and shorter repayment terms than traditional loans.

Purchase Order Loans

Purchase order loans offer businesses funding to fulfill substantial customer orders or contracts by covering the costs of necessary inventory or materials. This financing enables businesses to handle larger orders beyond their current capital capacity, making it ideal for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers facing seasonal or variable cash flow demands.
